About the role

Join the iconic Augustine Hotel Prague, a 13th‑century monastery transformed into a flagship luxury property. As a Public Area Attendant you will ensure that all public spaces reflect the highest 5‑star standards, creating a lasting first impression for discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate condition of the lobby, hallways, restaurants, event venues and historic courtyards.
• Execute detailed cleaning and deep‑maintenance tasks to exceed luxury standards.
• Greet guests warmly and contribute to an atmosphere of quiet elegance.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping Supervisors to monitor supplies, manage inventory and keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Uphold health, safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring safe pathways and flawless presentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering impeccable cleanliness.
• Reliable, proactive team player with good communication skills.
• Professional demeanor, discretion and punctuality in a high‑end setting.
