Rising Fan – Rooms Division Graduate Program

About the role

The Rising Fan program offers a 12‑18 month rotational experience across the Rooms Division of a hotel, covering Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and Reservations. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations while delivering Legendary Quality Experience standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefings in line with hotel standards.
• Implement and maintain Legendary Quality Experience (LQE) standards to exceed guest expectations.
• Assist in preparing duty rosters to match business volume.
• Develop new room processes and contribute to room preparation.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members and management.
• Promote hotel services, packages and upsell opportunities, and conduct hotel tours for guests.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong computer knowledge and typing skills.
