Senior Procurement Manager – Construction

About the role

The Senior Procurement Manager in Construction is responsible for controlling procurement costs and driving long‑term savings across our industrial‑logistics parks and real‑estate projects. You will lead tender processes, negotiate supplier rates, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage tenders, collect offers, compare bids and negotiate the best rates.
• Conclude frame agreements and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor market trends and product availability to secure optimal pricing without compromising quality.
• Track unit prices, identify reduction opportunities and report key metrics to improve efficiency.
• Control spend and foster a culture of long‑term cost savings within the procurement function.
• Provide regular reporting on procurement performance and cost‑saving initiatives.
