Senior Project Manager – Construction

About the role

The Senior Project Manager in Construction is responsible for the most complex projects, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget are met. You will coordinate internal and external teams, manage documentation, and act as the main point of contact with customers for change implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead junior Project Managers and drive solutions that increase quality while reducing costs.
• Coordinate construction documentation throughout all project stages.
• Oversee permitting processes in collaboration with dedicated colleagues.
• Support the Procurement Department by preparing and reviewing procurement documentation and ensuring compliance with bid requirements.
• Control and coordinate construction work, guaranteeing quality and adherence to project documentation.
• Participate in customer meetings and manage the implementation of required changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading construction projects of high complexity.
• Ability to identify and implement cost‑saving and quality‑enhancing solutions.
• Strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
