Senior Project Manager – Construction

About the role

Gleeds is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction and real‑estate projects from preparation through delivery. You will act as the central point of contact for clients, designers, contractors and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate construction projects across all phases, from planning to implementation.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, technical supervisors, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules, deadlines, quality, budgets, costs and change requests.
• Prepare and review project documentation, reports and client materials.
• Lead tender processes and communicate with subcontractors.
• Participate in site inspections, meetings and regular project reviews.
• Support permitting, due‑diligence and technical assessments as required.
• Handle day‑to‑day project agenda and internal team communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coordinating or managing construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, schedules and basic construction processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, designers, investors and authorities.
• Independent, responsible and proactive work approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
• Right to work in the Czech Republic.
• Education in construction, civil engineering or a related technical field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience using MS Project.
• Familiarity with KROS or similar project‑management tools.
