Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – EMEA Finance

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead finance hiring across the EMEA region from our Prague office. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with finance leaders, and drive innovative sourcing strategies to secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for finance positions across multiple EMEA countries.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals and targeted advertising.
• Provide coaching, guidance and training to hiring managers and business stakeholders, embodying a Talent Advisor mindset.
• Translate business insights into tailored recruiting plans, leveraging market knowledge and recruitment trends.
• Ensure a best‑in‑class candidate experience to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects at the EMEA level and potentially globally.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for finance roles in an international setting.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical skills, capable of using data and insights (e.g., LinkedIn Insights) to inform strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and train stakeholders on recruitment best practices.
