Senior Windows Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Windows Administrator to join a global team that manages and monitors a large fleet of Windows systems across multiple regions. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and performance of server and storage infrastructure while driving automation and AI‑assisted improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, test and maintain client and server systems, applications, and management tools.
• Upgrade infrastructure, manage hybrid environments, and ensure system availability.
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues and participate in on‑call rotations.
• Lead post‑incident reviews and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Execute scheduled patching, maintenance, and validation activities.
• Administer Google Cloud Platform services (Compute Engine, Cloud IAM) and optimise VMware environments.
• Develop PowerShell and batch scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
• Explore AI‑assisted tools to enhance troubleshooting, documentation, and proactive system improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of proven Windows administration and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server technologies (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File/Print services).
• Interest in leveraging AI or intelligent tooling for system administration.
