SEO/SEM Specialist – Remote (Czechia)

About the role

This remote position is aimed at an experienced SEO/SEM professional who will drive organic visibility and optimize paid search performance for a partner company operating from Czechia. You will work closely with development, editorial and marketing teams to embed search best practices across all digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, link building and site architecture improvements.
• Plan, launch and manage PPC campaigns on major platforms (Google, Yahoo, Bing), monitoring budgets, performance and ROI.
• Analyze website analytics, paid‑search data and market trends to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure new code follows SEO technical guidelines.
• Partner with editorial and marketing teams to integrate SEO principles into content creation.
• Conduct competitor research and A/B testing to enhance acquisition results.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in SEO with a solid grasp of ranking factors.
• Demonstrated experience managing SEM/PPC campaigns across major search platforms.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization and online customer acquisition.
