Sites Cybersecurity Officer (Prague & Rakovnik)

About the role

Valeo is seeking a Sites Cybersecurity Officer to lead and coordinate cybersecurity activities for its Prague and Rakovník R&D sites. You will act as the primary security liaison between the sites, Group Cybersecurity, and external auditors, ensuring that security policies and standards are consistently applied.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the site point of contact for Group Cybersecurity, Regional Cybersecurity Officers, CIRT and external security assessments.
• Deploy and monitor the Valeo Information Systems Security Policy (ISSP) and related security standards at the sites.
• Conduct site‑level information risk assessments and manage remediation action plans.
• Ensure cybersecurity requirements are integrated into Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and verify their execution during annual drills.
• Raise non‑compliance, abnormal events or incidents to the Regional Cybersecurity Officer and coordinate response with the CIRT.
• Promote security awareness, communicate rules and processes, and handle alerts and incidents locally.

Required profile

• Proven experience in information security within an industrial or automotive environment.
• Strong understanding of security policies, risk assessment methodologies and incident response processes.
• Ability to work autonomously on site, coordinate with multiple stakeholders and communicate security concepts clearly.
