Spatial Experience Designer

About the role

As a Spatial Experience Designer you will create inspiring environments that turn ideas, stories and brands into engaging physical, hybrid and digital experiences. You will blend architecture, scenography and storytelling to develop innovative concepts for exhibitions, trade fairs, visitor centres and branded spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative spatial concepts for exhibitions, trade fairs, customer experiences, management events and visitor centres.
• Design scenography, layout, atmosphere, visual storytelling, interaction and visitor flow.
• Ensure consistent implementation of corporate design principles across all spatial touchpoints.
• Advise internal and external stakeholders on physical, virtual and hybrid environment possibilities.
• Visualise concepts through sketches, presentations, renderings, CAD plans and design studies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, agencies, architects, production partners and customers.
• Identify emerging design trends, technologies and creative opportunities and translate them into communication experiences.
• Act as the creative guardian of the design vision throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Scenography, Exhibition Design, Spatial Design or a comparable discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in live communication, exhibition design, experiential marketing or related creative fields.
• Strong design vision with the ability to transform complex requirements into clear, compelling solutions.
• Extensive experience applying corporate design systems to physical environments.
• Proactive, collaborative and solution‑oriented personality with a strong sense of ownership and design excellence.
