Product Manager – Content Creation & Design System (Associate Director)

About the role

You will be responsible for managing and evolving the omnichannel design system that underpins how customer‑facing content is created, assembled, and delivered across all brands and geographies. This role treats the design system as a living product, covering component libraries, design tokens, documentation and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the omnichannel design system as a product, defining vision, roadmap and release plan across all brands and geographies.
• Translate brand identity, accessibility and channel requirements into reusable components, patterns and design tokens.
• Govern integration between Figma, Supernova and downstream developer environments, ensuring design tokens are a reliable source of truth.
• Manage component library and token architecture in Figma, overseeing documentation and design‑to‑development handoff.
• Drive adoption through documentation, onboarding, training and hands‑on support for internal and agency teams.
• Define AI‑generated content standards, templates and guardrails and pilot emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of product management or design‑system experience in enterprise or agency settings.
• Proven track record owning end‑to‑end design systems, including component libraries, versioning and contribution models.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance‑sensitive environments.
• Ability to travel up to 20 % as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, marketing, communications, technology or related field; advanced degree preferred.
