Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Specialist to join an international organization in Prague. The role focuses on supporting daily operational and planning activities within the supply chain function.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operational and planning activities across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure efficient coordination of processes.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for planning, inventory management, and decision‑making.
• Monitor performance, identify trends and help resolve process‑related issues.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.
• Maintain process documentation and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of operational standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Professional working proficiency in English (C1 level).
• 2‑3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, planning or a similar analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Operations Management, Analytics or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with ERP or other planning systems is a plus.
• Background in a regulated industry is advantageous.
