Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

Rohlik is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to own a portfolio of categories and suppliers, ensuring strong product availability while keeping inventory healthy and waste under control. You will work with real data, forecasts and business decisions, collaborating across Category, Operations and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Own demand forecasting, replenishment and ordering for assigned categories.
• Manage supplier performance and ensure SLA compliance (OTIF, shrink, ASN accuracy, lead times).
• Partner with Category Managers, Fulfillment Operations and Finance to balance availability, cost and inventory health.
• Support automation and system improvements to reduce manual ordering.
• Resolve supplier and inventory issues before they impact customers.
• Track and act on key metrics such as forecast accuracy, shrink and availability.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, replenishment, inventory management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Knowledge of ERP or WMS systems.
