Account Manager – Medical Devices (Czech Republic)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to manage and grow key customer accounts for BD’s medical technology portfolio in the Czech Republic. The role focuses on building strong relationships with clinicians, purchasing departments and hospital administration while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with clinicians, purchasing departments and hospital administration.
• Identify customer needs and promote BD’s product portfolio, delivering presentations and product demonstrations.
• Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets for designated accounts and product lines.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales and ensure customer satisfaction while complying with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, clinical and technical support to ensure seamless product implementation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven sales or account‑management experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Fluent in Czech and English with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Deep understanding of the Czech healthcare market and procurement processes.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively across the Czech Republic.
