Active Directory Operations Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Active Directory Operations Engineer to join our AD Operations team. You will manage critical identity and access infrastructure for large‑scale international customers, working closely with service architects and other specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and guide the direction of Active Directory services, including ADDS, Azure AD, ADCS, ADFS and PKI.
• Maintain and support file‑share platforms and related FTP services.
• Deliver stable, world‑class operations while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Optimize smaller projects and routine IT operations for efficiency and performance.

Required profile

• Experience with Active Directory, PKI and Entra ID technologies is preferred.
• Fluent English with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong technical writing skills for clear documentation.
