Area Sales Manager – Strategic Accounts & End Users

About the role

Join Zumtobel Group as an Area Sales Manager based in Prague, developing business with strategic end users, investors and major accounts across the Czech market. You will build long‑term partnerships and help customers create smarter, more efficient and sustainable facilities through lighting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business with strategic customers and key accounts.
• Build relationships with decision‑makers, investors and facility‑management teams.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Manage major projects and long‑term customer partnerships.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate agreements.
• Coordinate projects with internal sales and technical teams.
• Maintain sales pipeline and CRM activities.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B sales, business development or key account management.
• Proven ability to build long‑term customer relationships.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Experience in professional lighting is a strong advantage.
• Background in lighting, electrical, industrial, energy or technical solutions is welcome.
• Fluent Czech and very good English skills.
