Assistant Marketing (Czech/Slovak)

About the role

CYBEX is looking for a proactive Assistant Marketing to support its Czech and Slovak markets. You will work closely with the General Manager and Marketing Manager, handling a mix of administrative, event, and trade‑marketing tasks while gaining exposure to an international brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the GM (CZ/SVK) and Marketing Manager, including admin tasks and project coordination.
• Plan, organise and execute local events, trade fairs, consumer shows, PR activities and internal meetings from start to finish.
• Manage POS assets: forecast demand, place orders, track shipments and maintain store communications.
• Collaborate with retail partners and the in‑house Architecture team on trade‑marketing initiatives.
• Use social‑media tools and analytics to monitor performance and generate insights.
• Proof‑read and translate newsletters, product presentations and other communications for internal and external audiences.
• Support sales representatives with online/offline campaign execution, sample requests and field activities.
• Maintain the active product portfolio with key retailers, handling listings, campaigns and launches.
• Analyse sell‑out data, market share and CRM logs to produce KPI reports and presentations.
• Coordinate influencer orders, product seeding and related logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related business field.
• Fluent Czech and strong English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, hands‑on attitude and ability to multitask.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Experience with Canva for visual content creation.
