Associate Account Management – Portuguese Speaking

About the role

The Associate Account Management (PGA) role supports Expedia Group’s travel partnerships by ensuring partner products are competitive and attractive for customers. You will work closely with hotel partners in the Czech market, using data‑driven insights to improve content, rates, availability and promotional offers.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize partner content, rates and availability on Expedia sites to boost customer conversion.
• Secure additional lodging rates and availability during high‑demand periods.
• Obtain promotional offers to support merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Educate partners on self‑service tools available through Expedia Partner Central.
• Re‑establish relationships with dormant partners and support demand generation.
• Engage daily with a benchmarked volume of partner calls, providing feedback and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years in a similar environment.
• Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
• High‑impact personality with intellectual agility, entrepreneurship and strong empathy.
• Data‑driven decision‑making mindset and ability to present ideas clearly.
• Persistent, motivated and results‑focused, with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
