Associate Clinical Educator

About the role

The Associate Clinical Educator will support revenue growth in the Czech Republic and Slovakia by delivering customer training and education on Aerogen’s acute‑care aerosol drug delivery solutions. Working closely with the regional sales team, the role provides clinical expertise to influence adoption and expand product utilisation across accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ongoing customer training, product validations, implementations and therapy expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with the regional sales manager and account managers to assess needs and develop education programmes.
• Conduct continuing education sessions and equipment audits in hospital departments.
• Champion product in‑servicing, create ‘super users’, and standardise care practices.
• Act as product expert and mentor for new account managers.
• Support development of clinical competencies for account managers on an annual basis.
• Represent Aerogen’s culture, values and behaviours in all interactions.
