Associate Consultant – French or German

About the role

As an Associate Consultant you will join client‑facing project teams and contribute to end‑to‑end consulting engagements in procurement, supply chain and business process outsourcing. You will work at client sites, collaborate across time zones and help deliver measurable cost‑saving and transformation outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic sourcing, category management and procurement transformation projects.
• Analyse data to uncover savings opportunities and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to underpin project deliverables.
• Deliver projects that drive bottom‑line success for clients.
• Develop fact‑based, data‑driven and creative solutions.
• Negotiate with suppliers and stakeholders to build optimal working relationships.
• Liaise with senior colleagues to secure client buy‑in and ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with GEP and client teams across geographies and cultures.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and internal intellectual capital.
• Assist with business development and firm‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English and French or German.
• Analytical mindset with solid business acumen.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and collaborative attitude.
• Excellent time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Understanding of procurement processes is a plus.
• Willingness to travel on client request.
