Automotive Technician – Modletice

About the role

Scania’s service workshop in Modletice is looking for an Automotive Technician to join its experienced team. You will work on heavy trucks and buses, ensuring they return to the road quickly, safely and in top condition while using modern diagnostic tools.

Key responsibilities

• Perform servicing, maintenance and repairs on Scania heavy vehicles and buses.
• Diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic systems.
• Carry out mechanical, electrical and electronic repairs.
• Conduct preventive inspections and scheduled maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with Service Advisors, Parts Advisors and other workshop colleagues.
• Maintain high‑quality workmanship and adhere to safety standards and Scania service procedures.

Required profile

• Technical or automotive qualification, or equivalent hands‑on experience in vehicle servicing and repair.
• Experience with heavy commercial vehicles, light commercial vehicles or passenger cars.
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, electrical systems and diagnostics.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and committed to delivering high‑quality work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
