Bartender – All-Day Dining & Cocktail Bar

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Bartender to join Seven North Restaurant in Prague. You will be at the centre of our vibrant bar, creating fresh, bold cocktails that complement our Mediterranean‑inspired menu and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a high‑quality cocktail menu that reflects the Seven North philosophy.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the wine list and beverage offerings to give personalized recommendations.
• Support daily bar operations, including set‑ups, inventory management and stock level maintenance.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teammates to ensure consistent service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized and compliant bar environment at all times.
