Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French & English)

About the role

Envista’s orthodontics business, Ormco, is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support dental professionals in France and English‑speaking markets. You will be the primary internal contact for customers and sales teams, handling orders, quotes, and inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, monitor, and process customer orders and requests accurately and professionally.
• Create and administer quotes based on sales instructions and maintain customer account information.
• Manage high volumes of chats, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
• Handle complaints, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with sales representatives across regions for quoting, order management, and product information.

Required profile

• Native‑level French and fluent English (C1) with a customer‑centric approach.
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing workloads.
• Reliable, flexible, and committed to delivering high‑quality service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle, CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to operate computer systems accurately and efficiently.
