Brand Manager Executive

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate marketing activities in the assigned portfolio mix.
• Brief and manage marketing agencies, create new packaging and marketing campaigns.
• Lead product development and launch, overseeing the process from factory to consumer.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date, consumer‑relevant portfolio.
• Monitor market trends, analyse consumer behaviour, competition and product performance to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• High energy and willingness to break walls and bring new solutions.
• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing or a related position.
• University degree in marketing or a related field.
• Very good command of English.
• Creative, proactive and strong drive.
• Excellent time and project management skills, detail‑oriented.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data.
• Strong ownership and end‑to‑end thinking.
• Perfect organisational skills.
• Previous full‑time work experience.
