Business Analyst

About the role

Join ABB as a Business Analyst in Brno, where you will bridge business, data, and IT to create impactful solutions for key processes. You will have the freedom to propose ideas, test new technologies, and turn them into practical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data from core processes, identify connections, and use insights to optimise workflows.
• Design, prototype, and iteratively improve new applications based on business feedback.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and collaborate with developers for implementation.

Required profile

• Passion for technology, business, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across business and IT teams.
• Fluent English and Czech at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• SQL, SAP, web applications.
• Basic knowledge of AI, C#, JavaScript, Python, HTTP or REST APIs.
