Business Consultant – Document Automation

About the role

Join PwC's Document Automation team in Prague as a Business Consultant. You will work on a global platform used in nearly 50 countries, helping clients transform their document and workflow processes with cutting‑edge DMS, ECM, AI and automation technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to identify document‑related pain points and map them to suitable automation solutions.
• Present DMS capabilities, conduct requirements analysis and design structured business solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions and presentations throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with PwC Data and AI teams to deliver holistic, value‑adding solutions.
• Participate in local and international projects, expanding expertise in emerging automation approaches.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with ability to run client workshops.
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in Czech and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work primarily from the Prague office.

Required skills

• Experience with DMS/ECM tools.
• Workflow and invoice automation knowledge.
• Contract management and AI‑based document processing familiarity.
