Business Controller

About the role

Azelis is seeking a Business Controller to support its Central Europe and Balkans region. Based in Prague, you will oversee financial operations, provide analysis, and help shape the company’s economic strategy across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Advising finance and business leadership on financial performance and strategic decisions.
• Designing, monitoring, and executing the regional budget in line with legal and accounting standards.
• Conducting regular financial analysis, risk assessment, sales and economic forecasting.
• Preparing and presenting accurate financial and sales reports to executive teams.
• Supporting decision‑making by delivering actionable insights from financial data.

Required profile

• Secondary education with a business/economics focus; Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
