Business Development Manager – CAD Solutions

About the role

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and vendor strategy for CAD, engineering, construction and manufacturing software across the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. The role involves managing relationships with vendors and resellers, identifying new opportunities and supporting partners to expand their customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute vendor growth plans and business strategies.
• Build and manage relationships with partners, vendors, and key customers.
• Identify, onboard, and support new reseller partners.
• Prepare and implement business plans and marketing activities.
• Present and promote CAD and design software solutions to partners and customers.
• Monitor sales performance, margins, forecasts, and business results.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or product marketing within the IT industry.
• Experience working with vendors, channel partners, or resellers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in English, Czech/Slovak and Hungarian.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM software or related technologies is an advantage.
