Business Development Manager – Cyber Security

About the role

TD SYNNEX is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand its cybersecurity portfolio in the Czech market. You will act as a bridge between leading security vendors and our partner network, driving new business opportunities and supporting existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of partners, fostering collaboration and joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and recruit new partners for the security portfolio.
• Represent and promote assigned security brands (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, SonicWall, Cisco, Microsoft, HPE, HCL) in the market.
• Work closely with internal sales and technical teams within the Security division to ensure successful deal execution.
• Utilise internal systems to track performance and report on sales results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an IT sales role, preferably focused on cybersecurity solutions.
• Good understanding of current cybersecurity trends and technologies.
• Experience developing partner networks or distributing IT solutions.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills for complex technology offerings.
• Communicative command of English and a proactive, systematic work approach.
