Business Development Manager – Czech & Slovak Market

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the Czech and Slovak markets. The role focuses on building relationships with large enterprises, identifying new opportunities and driving complex B2B sales of IT services and consulting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with key customers and decision‑makers across Czechia and Slovakia.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, turning market knowledge into a robust sales pipeline.
• Lead end‑to‑end B2B sales cycles, from initial conversation through negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders in business, IT, engineering and procurement to understand challenges and shape solutions.
• Work closely with presales consultants, architects and delivery teams to design tailored technology, cloud, data, AI and digital transformation offerings.
• Own pipeline management, forecasting and achievement of commercial targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B IT sales or business development, preferably within consulting, engineering or system integration services.
• Deep knowledge of the Czech enterprise market and an established network of contacts in Czechia (and ideally Slovakia).
• Track record of winning new business and selling complex consulting or technology expertise.
• Strong communication skills with C‑level and senior IT/business stakeholders; fluent in English and Czech/Slovak.
