Business Development Manager – Dell Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our Dell Infrastructure business, focusing on storage, backup, data protection, servers, and networking solutions. You will identify new opportunities, develop partner relationships, and drive strategic initiatives to increase market share and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow Dell Infrastructure business through existing and new channel partners.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and Dell stakeholders to identify business opportunities.
• Create and execute business plans aligned with vendor objectives and market opportunities.
• Manage strategic sales opportunities, pipeline development, forecasting, and deal negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal sales, presales, marketing, and purchasing teams to maximize business performance.
• Drive partner enablement, customer engagement, and market awareness to increase TD SYNNEX's market share.

Required profile

• 5+ years of business development, sales, or vendor management experience within the IT industry.
• Experience working with a vendor, distributor, reseller, or system integrator, preferably in infrastructure technologies.
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT solutions, particularly storage, backup, servers, networking, and data protection technologies.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve growth and revenue targets.
• Fluent English and Czech.
• Valid driving licence (Category B).
