Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive DAHUA’s growth in the Czech market by expanding the customer base and strengthening partnerships with system integrators. You will work closely with the team to deliver advanced security solutions to key end‑users across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project development and business expansion for DAHUA in the Czech Republic.
• Develop key end‑user clients in Government, Energy, Retail, and Warehousing & Logistics.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with system integrator clients, ensuring joint project execution.
• Establish reference projects in target industries to boost brand visibility.
• Provide solution‑based engagement and technical consultation to create continuous client value.
• Achieve annual business targets and objectives set by the company.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the security field or related industries.
• Proven ability in new client acquisition and business development.
• Strong understanding of the Czech security market landscape.
• Established network with key end‑users or system integrators.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field.
• Fluent in Czech and English.
• Willingness to travel across the Czech Republic as required.
