Business Development Officer for DACH region

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Czech fintech scale‑up as a Business Development Officer focused on the DACH region. You will work with an international team, supporting Country Managers and bridging local sales with Prague‑based support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Take operational and strategic responsibility for affiliate networks in Germany and Austria.
• Support Country Managers in direct partnerships with retail merchants.
• Act as liaison between local sales teams and Prague head‑office teams (data analysis, solution design, product development, technical launch).

Required skills

• 2+ years experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management or similar commercial role.
• Knowledge of affiliate/e‑commerce business is a plus.
• Experience managing affiliate networks, negotiating commercial terms and driving joint growth.
• Understanding of consultative/solution‑based selling.
• Experience working with senior commercial stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, CRM, Digital).
• Fluent German and English; based in or experienced in the DACH region.
• Czech language is an advantage.
