Business Development Representative – Digital Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our digital solutions team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong relationships with prospective clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and online channels to prospect new clients.
• Present b-online.cz services, including websites, e‑shops, mobile apps, and custom software.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to craft tailored proposals that meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM system.
• Follow up on marketing‑generated leads and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Stay updated on digital trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Required profile

• Proven inside sales or full‑cycle sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability in lead generation, research, and qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical services in business terms.
• Strong organizational skills, self‑motivation, and teamwork orientation.
• Professional proficiency in English; Czech language skills are a plus.
