Business & Integration Analyst – Technology Consulting

About the role

PwC Technology Consulting is looking for a Business & Integration Analyst to join its European team. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology delivery, helping financial services clients turn strategic goals into scalable, technology‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture, assess, and document business requirements.
• Analyse existing processes and identify improvement opportunities through digital transformation.
• Translate business needs into use cases, process flows, data models, interface definitions, and integration specifications.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and technology leads to design and deliver integrated solutions.
• Support system implementation projects from analysis and design through testing, deployment, and change management.
• Coordinate requirements across multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Create high‑quality project documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and interface specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, integration analysis, or system implementation projects.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech environments.
• Fluent in Czech and English (C1 level).

Required skills

• Understanding of integration architectures and APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with REST, SOAP, JSON and XML data formats.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or core banking solutions.
