Business Intelligence Executive

About the role

TD SYNNEX is looking for a Business Intelligence Executive to design and build financial reporting for its Lifecycle business. The role focuses on renewal rates, customer churn, new customers and business expansion, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain data quality, governance and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with the Customer Data Platform team to develop Lifecycle metrics.
• Drive alignment on standardized KPI definitions such as renewals, churn, new customers and expansion.
• Reconcile and analyse variances across multiple data streams.
• Build and enhance financial and operational reporting using Power BI and other BI tools.
• Partner with Sales Incentives teams to create bonus reporting dashboards.

• Strong analytical and numerate mindset with attention to detail.
• Commercial acumen and ability to understand business impact of numbers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaborate across teams.
