Buyer – Procurement Specialist (Hybrid, Brno)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Buyer to join our procurement team in Brno. The role combines order management, supplier coordination and stock optimisation across our Czech and Slovak warehouses, with the possibility to work from home two days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and indirect materials.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels in warehouses located in Prague, Brno, Ostrava, České Budějovice, Hradec Králové, Plzeň and Bratislava.
• Oversee an assigned product group and its supplier base.
• Coordinate logistics for shipments within the EU and beyond, complying with import/export regulations.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and the sales team.
• Communicate regularly with suppliers to resolve issues and negotiate terms.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role.
• Proficient user of MS Office.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• Customer‑focused attitude, strong organisational and communication abilities, and a team‑oriented mindset.
