C# Software Engineer – Vehicle Diagnostics (IntelliConnect)

About the role

Eaton's European Innovation Center is looking for a C# Software Engineer to develop IntelliConnect, a remote diagnostics platform for automated transmissions. The role involves full‑stack development of web‑based applications, working with C#, ASP.NET Core and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑stack diagnostics software and new features.
• Design and implement high‑quality, high‑performance, unit‑tested code.
• Build robust, scalable and cyber‑secure solutions on Azure PaaS.
• Own selected system components in close cooperation with product owners and architects.
• Perform code reviews, promote best practices and collaborate with QA to fix bugs and create automated integration tests.

Required profile

• Ability to design, code, test, and debug software.
• Strong object‑oriented and multi‑threading programming skills.
• Experience with C#.NET Framework.NET Core and Visual Studio/VS Code.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with MS SQL and Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines and pull requests.
