Case Manager – Disability & Leave Services (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Disability & Leave Services (DLS) team is looking for a Case Manager to provide end‑to‑end case management for leave of absence and disability events. The role can be based in Prague or performed remotely from anywhere in the Czech Republic, Poland or Slovakia.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and respond to employee inquiries about leave, disability events, benefits and options.
• Review medical documentation, adjudicate leaves in compliance with plans, federal and state laws, and Amazon policies.
• Adjust case management plans as employee needs change and troubleshoot issues throughout the leave lifecycle.
• Facilitate smooth return‑to‑work and ramp‑back plans, and educate managers on employee concerns.
• Maintain accurate system records and coordinate with third‑party administrators, HR, Legal, Payroll and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service, HR, case management or leave & disability management.
• Strong written and spoken English (minimum B2 CEFR).
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Preferred: proficiency in Spanish, Polish or Slovak and prior leave/accommodation experience.
