Cash Office Responsible (38.75h/week)

About the role

The Cash Office Responsible ensures smooth back‑of‑house operations in a retail store, maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency and customer experience. Working closely with the management team, you will oversee cash handling, reporting and logistics to support overall store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supporting management as needed.
• Accurately process and bank daily sales.
• Manage payroll input and ensure timely submissions.
• Take ownership of store audit results and train the team on operational standards.
• Receive, process and manage deliveries efficiently.
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth performance.
• Maintain stock levels through regular replenishment.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an inviting store experience.

Required profile

• Strong communicator who listens and understands customer needs.

• Enthusiastic about the brand and willing to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous retail experience with knowledge of store operations and customer service best practices.
• Excellent Czech language skills (preferred) and good English language skills.
