CE Staffing Director – Talent Management

About the role

The CE Staffing Director will lead the CE Staffing function within BCG’s Talent Management Unit. Reporting to senior leadership, you will balance commercial priorities with individual development needs, ensuring optimal utilization of consulting talent across Central Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee weekly staffing operations, matching resourcing requirements with talent preferences while maximizing utilization.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the G&A Staffing team, handling day‑to‑day issues and cross‑regional escalations.
• Partner with the CE Staffing MDP, CE People Chair and CE BD Chair to inform investment decisions and trade‑offs.
• Design and drive strategic staffing projects, using data and insights to address emerging business priorities.
• Maintain seamless coordination across CE offices to support both short‑term project delivery and long‑term talent development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior staffing or talent management roles within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align staffing decisions with commercial objectives.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, capable of guiding a diverse, multi‑location team.
• Excellent stakeholder management, able to influence senior partners and business leaders.
