Client Experience Manager

About the role

The Client Experience Manager drives strategic initiatives that strengthen client engagement and showcase Accenture’s capabilities. Working across Client Experience and Commercial teams, the role blends strategy, storytelling, content curation, and capability building to deliver compelling client narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into focused storytelling initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, content creation, and delivery.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high‑value client stories, partnering with account leads, relationship marketing, and subject‑matter experts.
• Engage senior stakeholders across Commercial functions to surface, develop, and share strong narratives.
• Partner with Commercial Learning to design coaching, tools, and learning experiences that enhance storytelling skills.
• Apply editorial judgment to curate, refresh, or retire stories, ensuring relevance and usability for sales and account teams.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in client experience, communications, marketing, strategy, consulting or related roles within a complex organization.
• Minimum 5 years of experience collaborating with senior leaders and multiple stakeholder groups to shape content and business initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop clear, compelling narratives for internal or client‑facing audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
