Client Interactions Senior Associate

About the role

You will join the Client Interactions & Contracts Global Operations team within Network Information Security, supporting transformation, automation and AI initiatives that improve service quality and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and adoption of transformation, automation, AI and platform initiatives to improve service quality, efficiency and scalability.
• Manage delivery plans, track milestones, risks, dependencies and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate service delivery activities across global CI&C teams and collaborate with regional and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Monitor service quality and performance through operational metrics, reporting and continuous‑improvement practices.
• Drive delivery readiness and maintain process documentation to ensure consistency and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze operational data and trends to identify risks, opportunities and actionable recommendations.
• Support platform enhancement initiatives and process‑optimization efforts.
• Contribute to the adoption of AI‑enabled capabilities and workflow‑automation solutions.
• Help embed lessons learned and continuous‑improvement practices across the service.
• Participate in initiatives that strengthen client confidence in PwC’s security and compliance environment.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in service delivery, operations, project management, information security, risk, compliance or a related field.
• Understanding of information security, technology risk and compliance frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, SIG, CCM and CAIQ.
• Experience with data analysis, operational reporting, stakeholder coordination and managing competing priorities in a global environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, SIG, CCM and CAIQ frameworks.
• Data analysis and operational reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio or similar AI technologies.
• Understanding of AI agents, workflow orchestration, responsible AI practices and governance.
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows, reporting, knowledge management or IT service management.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, ServiceNow Now Assist or similar enterprise AI and data platforms.
• Proficiency with Power BI and enterprise integration frameworks, including MCP.
