Client Services Lead – Czech Market

About the role

The Client Services Lead will drive revenue growth, acquire new clients and strengthen market positioning for Project & Development Services (PDS) across the Czech market. Reporting to the Head of PDS Czech, the role blends strategic business development, key‑account management and close collaboration with delivery teams to turn opportunities into profitable projects in office, industrial and retail sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, originate and convert new business opportunities across Design & Build, Project Management and Building Consultancy services.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and lead the creation of client pitches and proposals with senior leadership support.
• Manage relationships with key corporate occupiers, local developers and investors, and cross‑sell PDS services alongside other Cushman & Wakefield business lines.
• Work closely with PDS delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.
• Collaborate with the regional PDS sales team, provide regular reporting to the EMEA Head of Sales and monitor performance against revenue, margin and pipeline KPIs.
• Ensure disciplined use of CRM tools (Engage/Salesforce) and adjust strategies based on KPI insights.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development and sales within a real‑estate consultancy environment.
• Strong network in the Czech real‑estate and development market.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and results‑driven mindset.
• Fluent in Czech and English with excellent presentation and client‑facing skills.
