Clinical Research Nurse II (Flexible Day Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Research Nurse II to support multiple ongoing clinical trials in a Czech site. The role offers flexible day hours up to 20 hours per week and involves direct patient care, data collection, and coordination with study sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical studies in compliance with FDA, GCP, and ICH regulations.
• Provide medical care and ensure safety of study participants during visits.
• Schedule subject visits, obtain informed consent, perform vital signs, ECGs, blood draws and other protocol procedures.
• Document patient data accurately on case report forms and electronic systems.
• Maintain IRB approvals, monitor adverse events, and report non‑compliance.
• Serve as primary sponsor contact, attend site initiation meetings and train junior staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or medical field and a valid Czech nursing license.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research nursing or related clinical trial coordination.
• Proficiency in Czech (minimum A2) and strong English communication skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of GCP, FDA, ICH and IRB processes.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and electronic data capture systems.
