CLM Product Analyst

About the role

The CLM Product Analyst will partner with business and IT stakeholders to design, configure, and continuously improve the DocuSign CLM platform. The role leads requirements discovery, supports roadmap and backlog management, and ensures prioritized, standardized delivery of CLM enhancements that advance business objectives. It also supports testing, issue resolution, and post‑deployment support for a stable, scalable solution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead CLM business requirement gathering and translate needs into enhancements.
• Support CLM roadmap development and maintain the product backlog.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to prioritize deployments and manage the CLM delivery plan.
• Communicate CLM strategy, facilitate stakeholder buy‑in, and ensure timely delivery.
• Configure the CLM solution in collaboration with Product Line Lead and Product Managers.
• Identify pain points, coordinate testing, and resolve technical issues post‑deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years in a technical IT or Project Analyst role.
• 2+ years working with DocuSign technology.
• One or more DocuSign CLM certifications (Administrator, Workflow Developer, Implementation Consultant, Technical Consultant).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
