Cluster Finance Senior Analyst – Prague

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Cluster Finance Senior Analyst to join its Global Services team in Prague. The role supports the Cluster Finance Manager and Finance Director by ensuring accurate financial reporting and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate pre‑close meetings, quarterly balance‑sheet reviews and financial‑statement reviews for the Finance Director.
• Create, align and coordinate Budget vs. Actuals analysis, commentary and approval.
• Approve actuals submissions and analyze financial statements for completeness and accuracy.
• Act as the Accounting Lead for US GAAP actuals, linking Business Unit Finance with the Account‑to‑Report (A2R) teams.
• Collaborate with Business Unit Finance and A2R teams on joint goals and objectives.
• Lead or participate in global and local process‑improvement projects.
• Support resolution of complex or aged A2R issues under US GAAP.
• Ensure SOX compliance for CFM processes and identify financial and operational risks.
• Apply AI concepts and responsible AI practices, including prompt engineering, to improve efficiency.
• Travel up to 5 % to local markets as required.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant or equivalent professional background.
