Commercial Business Controller

About the role

Electrolux is seeking a dynamic Commercial Business Controller to partner with the Head of Commercial for Czechia and Slovakia. You will shape strategy, influence decisions and drive financial performance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct margin and volume analysis and consolidate results for management.
• Analyse financial performance, propose actions and support business strategy.
• Ensure financial control, compliance with company standards and statutory regulations.
• Improve payback analysis to support decision‑making and manage working capital.
• Prepare budgets with local and central teams and monitor actual results against targets.
• Evaluate credit limits in line with the company’s credit policy.
• Lead and coach a small finance team and oversee statutory reporting, audits, tax filings and cash‑pool management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of controlling experience in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance‑sheet, local GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent knowledge of local tax and legal regulations.
• Fluent in English and Czech with strong communication skills.
