Commercial Director – FMCG (Czech Republic)

About the role

The company is a well‑established FMCG manufacturer in the Czech Republic seeking an experienced Commercial Director to take full P&L responsibility and drive the next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the commercial P&L for the group and deliver revenue and profit targets.
• Lead, coach and expand a senior management team.
• Define and execute an ambitious growth strategy covering organic growth, acquisitions, new markets, new categories and OEM opportunities.
• Manage a key international licensing partnership.
• Design and implement the commercial model for trade across the wider group.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years in senior commercial roles within FMCG.
• Proven track record of building and scaling commercial organisations.
• Experience overseeing a business with at least CZK 1 billion in turnover.
• Demonstrated ability to lead managers and directors.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands‑on.
