Consumer & Market Insights Manager

About the role

Opella is looking for a proactive Consumer & Market Insights Manager to join its Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) team. You will shape business and brand strategies by delivering deep consumer perspectives and market dynamics across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consumer insights and market needs to support the strategic roadmap in collaboration with Brand Managers.
• Coordinate and manage research activities and cross‑brand studies across multiple categories in the CEE zone.
• Analyze market data, trends, and business information to inform strategic decisions and creative development.
• Simplify access to data and insights, enabling effective decision‑making across teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic directions for business planning and execution.
• Integrate insights into business strategies and communication, acting as a consumer advocate throughout the creative process.
• Collaborate with Shopper, HCP, Performance, and Commercial teams, identifying knowledge gaps and proposing research plans.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or customer insights, preferably in an international environment.
• Experience on the research agency side and managing international research projects.
• Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to translate insights into business recommendations.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and the local language; experience in OTC, healthcare, or pharma is a plus.
